You will receive the same product which is being displayed. But in some cases, product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

Whenever you place an order on decorlives-uk.myshopify.com for the first time, your account is created on the site. You can login using your email id or phone number. If you remember your password, you can use the same to login. If you do not remember the password, you can login to your account by generating an OTP.
- How can I move a product from Wishlist to cart?
You simply add your product from Wishlist by clicking on the Add to Cart button at the bottom of the product.
- How can I change my delivery address?
You can change the delivery address of the order until we have started processing the order. You can change the delivery address by following steps:
- Click on Recent Orders.
- Select the Order in concern.-
- Make respective changes by clicking on “Modify address” button; if you couldn’t view this button then your order is under process.
- How can I add/ remove one or more products?

You can cancel your placed order by doing the following:

- Select the order
- You can click cancel button to cancel the order.

- What if I am unavailable at the time of delivery?
If you are unavailable to take the delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange delivery on next day.
- Will the delivery boy arrive to deliver the product with prior information?
Both Decorlives and the courier company would inform you via SMS when your order is dispatched for the delivery. Generally, delivery boy comes with prior information but in case does not inform you, he will re-attempt the delivery next day with prior intimation.
- Is open delivery available?
Sorry, due to safety and security of your product, we do not encourage open deliveries. But we do have an easy 15-day return policy for the same, you may return or exchange the product in case of any issue within 15 days from the Date of Delivery.

Every piece of product sold at Decorlives is covered under our 15-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, damages or defects within 15 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed. The defective product or part will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your money. Returning of the product can be easily done by the following steps:-

- How can I Exchange an order?
You can easily exchange your product by following these simple steps:-
- Click on Recent Order
- Select the order to be exchanged
- Select exchange option and select the required product
- Click on submit
- Return pickup is still pending?
Once the return request is made, product will be picked-up between 2-3 working days. If not done, please call us and we will arrange it right away.
- How will I get my refund?
If your order was COD, we will credit the amount in your bank account (provided by you), In case of an online payment, we’ll credit the amount into the same account through which you have paid. The refund will be initiated after receiving of the returned product at Decorlives.
- Where to submit bank details for refund?
You can submit the bank details while placing the return request for the order in your Recent Order.
